We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, texture, and grain pattern are natural characteristics of flooring products and should be expected.
Samples are strongly recommended before purchasing. We offer free samples on most products — please contact us to request these.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated. Trade account pricing excludes VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email, but this does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch or confirm dispatch of your products.

All payments must be received in full before goods are dispatched, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed for trade account holders.

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We will not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
It is your responsibility to inspect goods upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Please retain all packaging for inspection if required.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided the products are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Goods must be returned at your expense unless they are faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
If products are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Where we provide fitting services, a separate fitting quote will be provided. Fitting is subject to a site survey and our fitters' availability.
You are responsible for ensuring the subfloor is suitable for the chosen product. Our fitters will advise on subfloor preparation requirements during the survey.
Our fitting work is guaranteed for [WARRANTY PERIOD, e.g. 12 months] from the date of completion, covering defects in workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, flooding, or failure to follow care instructions.
Trade accounts are available to eligible trade professionals and are subject to separate Trade Account Terms. Trade pricing is exclusive of VAT. Credit terms, where offered, are at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products.
Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.
